From the time of initial contact, your enquiry will be logged on our system, and we will arrange for one of our surveyors to contact you and make an appointment. When attending site the surveyor will inspect the building, from which we will produce a report with photographs and a quotation for recommended works. The quotation may provide prices for short or long term solutions and guarantees where appropriate.
This service is free of charge and we are sure you will find our prices for identified work competitive.
When you decide to proceed, your order will be allocated to a dedicated team who will agree a programme of work with you. An in depth risk assessment will be undertaken from which an appropriate method statement will be produced detailing the works and the safety measures to be taken during the contract. We will do our best to keep you informed throughout the process and there will always be someone available to answer any questions that you may have. We will photograph the finished works and ensure the site is left in a clean and tidy state.
